Unclosed Trips Check is mechanism which created to ensure timely updates in the system
How does it work?
When Dispatcher creating new Trip / Load - Helix is checking if this DISPATCHER has any trips in the system which was NOT UPDATED and at the moment marked as Unclosed and Preventing him / her to put any data until all records are UPDATED
Unclosed Trip
Unclosed Trip is the Trip which Delivery time exited Current Time but Stage of the trip is Not Delivered
What to Do?
Go to Unclosed Trips
Open Trips which is Not updated
If Trips are Delivered update Stage to Delivered
If trip still In Progress than UPDATE DELIVERY TIME so system will check Unclosed Trip at the time you will put as next Expected Delivery Attempt
