Please join us in welcoming Barbara Savodge at the Accouting team of Vista Trans Holding.

Barbara Savodge will be joining us on 06/21/2021 as an Accouting Manager, reporting to Niculina Odagiu . 

Barbara will be responsible for: 

• direct and indirect management of the local Accounting team and teams of Shared Service Centers supporting operations through the accounting cycle, including, but not limited to: hiring, training, development of team members;
• сommunicating, reviewing, and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to measure and improve performance;
• еnsures the Shared Service Centers accounting process activity is successfully documented, embedded, sustained, & performance delivered to meet business needs;
• сommunicate with/train Accounting Teams on processes, policies and procedures;
• сonduct a monthly detailed review of all balance sheet accounts assigned, escalating any major issues to the Director Accounting and Corporate Controller to help mitigate financial risk for the company;
