Dorothy O'Reilly will be joining us on 08/09/2021 as an Onboarding Specialist, reporting to Anton Suprun.

Dorothy O'Reilly will be responsible for:

• сultivating an evolving dynamic network of leads for CDL Drivers and Independent Contractors via social media, blogs, forums, and community engagements;

• сonducting the Driver orientation, on/off boarding, training/support of company fleet Drivers, and Independent Contractors;

• reviewing applications using hiring guidelines and providing recommendations on the quality of applicants to hire while properly documenting exceptions;

• assisting management in the training and development of driver recruiting personnel;

• facilitating the design and deployment of paperless solutions for managing the Driver Onboard Training system.
