Dear Drivers

We have started a new program due to an increase in violations found in inspections.
This document will show you which pictures to take and how to submit them.
Make sure to take all the pictures that we direct you to take.

Video Instruction How to Create Inspection

Truck Front (Lights On)

Take a picture of the front of the truck, with the lights on. Make sure that all lights work.

Tandem Right

Take a picture of the rear tandem on the right side. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Tandem Left

Take a picture of the rear tandem on the left side. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Trailer Right Side

Take a picture of the right side of the trailer, from far enough that you can see the entire trailer.

Trailer Left Side

Take a picture of the left side of the trailer, from far enough that you can see the entire trailer.

Rear of the trailer with Lights on

Truck and Trailer Connections

Make sure to check the connections and that they are tight.

Drive Axle

Take a picture of the drive axle under the trailer with the lights on.

Truck Left Side

Take a picture of the left side of the truck.

Truck Right Side

Take a picture of the right side of the truck.

Drive Axle Right Side

Take pictures of the drive axles on the right side. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Drive Axle Left Side

Take pictures of the drive axles on the left side. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Right Steer Tire

Take a picture of the right steer tire. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Left Steer Tire

Take a picture of the left steer tire. Make sure to check pressure and tread depth.

Make sure that you complete a full pre-trip inspection, not just the pictures.
